Operations Planner

About the role

Victoria’s Secret Beauty is seeking an Operations Planner to manage supply‑chain planning, costing, financial communication, on‑time delivery, and inventory for specific business categories. The role acts as a trusted advisor to internal partners and external vendors, ensuring smooth execution of product launches and ongoing replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Order and manage component inventory and finished‑goods stock.
• Drive S&OP processes between vendors and the Victoria’s Secret Beauty business.
• Maintain vendor OT&C accountability at 95% or higher and expedite shipments to meet speed initiatives.
• Issue purchase orders, negotiate production capacity, and communicate launch forecasts.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop new‑launch and medium‑range receipt plans.
• Ensure data integrity in Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and manage detailed Bill of Materials.
