Operations Manager – Warehouse & Delivery Operations

About the role

The Operations Manager leads warehouse and delivery functions, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high performance across one or multiple cross‑dock locations. This full‑time position reports to senior leadership and works closely with sales, operations, and customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise union and non‑union warehouse and delivery staff, providing direction, discipline, and performance feedback.
• Analyze workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements and cost‑saving technologies.
• Manage multiple cross‑dock facilities within the market, overseeing beverage alcohol product handling.
• Reconcile driver over/shorts, inventory, and cash; generate required reports for management.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and customers to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Physical capability to lift up to 65 lb occasionally and perform routine warehouse tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard PC applications.

• Competitive salary range $96,600 – $131,000 plus a 20 % annual bonus.
