Operations Manager – Luxury Retail Store

About the role

The Operations Manager will ensure smooth daily operations of our Beverly Hills boutique, supporting the sales team and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, shipping, and visual merchandising. This role is essential for delivering an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, tag, and replenish merchandise; manage inbound and outbound shipping, including client orders and inter‑boutique transfers.
• Perform regular cycle counts, reduce shrink, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare products for visual merchandising directives and uphold VM standards throughout the day.
• Partner with store leadership on inventory reporting, issue resolution, and supply level management.
• Communicate with corporate partners regarding product needs, discrepancies, and operational concerns.
• Support store opening/closing, cash handling, facilities maintenance, and physical inventory processes.
