Operations Manager – Floor (Fashion & Imports)

About the role

The Operations Manager – Floor will lead a multi‑disciplinary team responsible for fashion, import, jewelry, regional returns and related logistics functions. This role ensures production, quality, safety and operational excellence across the assigned floor area while aligning with company values and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal associates, both verbally and in writing.
• Drive and implement the business plan for the area to achieve production, quality, safety and performance targets.
• Forecast staffing needs and workload, adjusting resources to meet demand.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards, developing procedures and documentation as needed.
• Resolve associate, customer and supplier concerns using sound judgment.
• Supervise, coach and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback, training and growth opportunities.
• Promote a culture of respect, inclusion and integrity, fostering high‑performing teams.

• Proven experience leading operational teams in a logistics or retail environment.
