Operations Leader – Data Center Cooling (DCC)

About the role

Moog’s Data Center Cooling (DCC) value stream is seeking an Operations Leader to drive daily production performance and ensure on‑time delivery of critical infrastructure components. Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, you will oversee the execution of the production plan, manage work‑in‑process, and lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily delivery performance and execution of the production schedule to meet customer commitments.
• Monitor schedule attainment, conduct operational reviews, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and smooth production flow.
• Optimize cycle times, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency across all DCC processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage constraints, and implement corrective actions.
• Control work‑in‑process, aging orders, and production priorities to ensure balanced flow.
• Utilize visual management tools and metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute recovery plans for material shortages, quality issues, or schedule disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field (experience may substitute).
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver operational results.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
