Operations Data Analyst

About the role

Lantern is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to support the outbound Care Advocate team. In this role you will be responsible for compiling, organizing and analyzing operational data to help leadership understand performance, spot trends and make data‑driven decisions as the program scales.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate daily operational data from multiple sources for the outbound program.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators for Care Advocates.
• Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support the reporting infrastructure and ensure data quality as the program grows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and improve processes.
