Operations Associate – Fort Worth

About the role

Gopuff is seeking motivated Operations Associates to support its Fort Worth fulfillment site. Reporting to a Site Leader, you will help ensure fast, accurate delivery of everyday essentials by handling product movement, inventory, and basic kitchen tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
• Receive, unpack, and verify pallets against purchase orders/invoices.
• Manage inventory, re‑shelve canceled orders, and maintain FIFO compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and facility, including waste and spoilage control.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol.
• Work occasional freezer locations and walk multiple flights of steps during shifts.
• Prepare quality beverages and food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule, including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd), weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 49 lb, and perform repetitive motions.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with web‑based software applications (e.g., Google G‑Suite).
