Forklift Operator – Distribution Center

About the role

As a key member of Enovis' Distribution Center, you will help drive the medical‑technology industry forward by accurately filling and moving customer orders. The role focuses on picking, loading, unloading, and transporting merchandise while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and stage customer orders from various locations within the warehouse.
• Load, unload, ship, and receive items, ensuring order accuracy and proper handling.
• Transport materials to different areas, optimizing loads for efficiency.
• Secure loads to forklifts, inspect vehicles for damage, and schedule maintenance.
• Operate technical equipment, including RF scanners, and manage inventory.
• Pick and wrap orders for shipment and identify workplace safety hazards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Valid forklift certification and excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual material handling.
• Mathematical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
