Warehouse Picker – Distribution Center

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Picker to join its Distribution Center in Fort Worth. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will help fulfill customer orders by selecting, scanning, and staging items, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of medical‑technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Picks, scans, and stages customer orders from various locations within the distribution center.
• Ensures order accuracy, quality standards, and proper handling of materials throughout the fulfillment process.
• Follows established standard work procedures and operational guidelines.
• Complies with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Completes routine operational tasks under close to moderate supervision.
• Exercises limited judgment in task execution and escalates issues as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to walk up to 8 hours a day and frequently carry up to 60 lb.
• Full range of motion of the waist and neck, unrestricted use of upper extremities, and ability to perform overhead reaching.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling are required.
