Operational Medicine Physician – Navy (Up to $400k Bonus)

About the role

As an Operational Medicine Physician in the U.S. Navy you will deliver comprehensive medical care to Sailors, Marines and operational units, ensuring their health and readiness for missions at sea and ashore.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary care, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Conduct physical examinations and manage medical readiness for assigned personnel.
• Coordinate follow‑up care and liaise with command leadership on health status.
• Support operational missions by delivering medical services in diverse environments.

Required profile

• MD or DO from an accredited institution (or ECFMG certified).
• Unrestricted medical license.
• U.S. citizenship and age between 21 and 57.
• High moral character and willingness to serve as an active‑duty Medical Corps Officer.
