Operational Medicine Physician – Navy (Up to $400k Bonus)

About the role

The U.S. Navy is seeking an Operational Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to Sailors, Marines, and operational units. You will ensure medical readiness for missions ashore and at sea while enjoying extensive benefits and a substantial accession bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary care, treat acute illnesses and injuries, and conduct physical examinations.
• Manage medical readiness and coordinate follow‑up care for a unique patient population.
• Advise command leadership on health and readiness of assigned personnel.
• Support operational missions in both shore‑based and maritime environments.

Required profile

• MD or DO from an accredited institution (or ECFMG certified).
• Unrestricted medical license.
• U.S. citizenship and high moral character.
• Age between 21 and 57, per Federal law (Title 10 U.S. Code sections 531‑532).
