Oncology Pharmacy Clinical Specialist – Full‑Time

About the role

Baptist Health is seeking an Oncology Pharmacy Clinical Specialist to expand and lead clinical pharmacy services across its network. The specialist will develop medication protocols, order sets, and drive utilization reviews to ensure optimal oncology drug therapy for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand clinical pharmacy services in oncology.
• Develop and maintain medication protocols and order sets.
• Conduct medication utilization reviews and performance‑improvement projects.
• Provide mentorship and serve as a clinical resource for pharmacy staff and other healthcare providers.
• Support drug distribution functions as assigned.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with experience in oncology pharmacy practice.
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical initiatives and improve patient outcomes.
• Strong communication skills for mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration.
