About the role

FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential vacancy inspections in Claiborne County, Louisiana. You will conduct brief exterior visits to verify occupancy and report on property conditions, working on a schedule you control.

Key responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status using industry‑standard indicators.
• Capture nine or more photos per inspection and submit concise reports via mobile applications.
• Manage your own routing, schedule, and territory coverage.
• Maintain consistent coverage and meet deadlines across a rural county.
• Drive a fuel‑efficient vehicle to multiple stops throughout the day.

Required profile

• Independent contractor able to provide own equipment.
• Reliable, fuel‑efficient vehicle.
• Smartphone (Android or iOS) capable of running reporting apps.
• Computer with internet access and a printer.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Pass a standard background check.
