On-Premise Sales Representative

About the role

Join Anheuser-Busch’s sales team as an On-Premise Sales Representative, driving growth for a portfolio of iconic beer and spirits brands across assigned retail accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, manage shelf space and monitor pricing.
• Build and maintain business relationships, present sales data and sell sheets, and negotiate agreements.
• Maintain product freshness standards, rotate stock, and resolve credit issues.
• Gather market information, provide feedback on buying trends, and participate in new product launches and tastings.

Required profile

• Minimum 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED; 1+ years of warehouse, delivery, sales, or merchandising experience preferred.
• Highly self‑motivated, organized, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong selling, negotiation and customer service abilities.
