Office Systems Specialist

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to provide on‑site maintenance, repair, and installation of its advanced printing and office equipment. This role offers hands‑on technical work, customer interaction, and exposure to emerging IT and automation services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, break/fix, installations, hardware removal and connectivity troubleshooting on Konica Minolta products.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to service production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within an assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep clients informed of scheduling.
• Develop professional relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Log service visits and update client records.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Reliable transportation for daily site visits.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent).
• CompTIA Network+ Certification (or exposure to IT networks).
• Proficiency with hardware troubleshooting and tool usage.
