Office Systems Expert

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as an Office Systems Expert and help clients modernize their workplaces. You will travel to customer sites, maintain and repair printing and office equipment, and support their IT and cloud initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and connectivity troubleshooting on Konica Minolta products.
• Use a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
• Drive to customer locations within an assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep clients informed about scheduling.
• Develop professional relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and log service visits in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• A+ Certification (preferred).
• N+ Certification (preferred).
• Exposure to IT networking concepts.
• Technical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Hardware repair and connectivity troubleshooting.
