Vice President of Information Technology

About the role

The Vice President of Information Technology leads Advitaortho’s global technology organization, reporting to the CFO. The role defines and executes the enterprise technology strategy, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable services that support growth, innovation, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi‑year technology roadmap, governance framework, and investment plan aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee delivery and optimisation of enterprise applications, software development, integrations, infrastructure, cloud services, end‑user computing and IT operations.
• Partner with executive and functional leaders to drive process improvement, automation, digital transformation and data‑driven decision making.
• Establish enterprise standards for architecture, cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery and regulatory compliance.
• Manage technology project and portfolio processes, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, resourced and delivered on time and budget.
• Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations and strategic partnerships to maximise service quality and innovation.
• Develop and control the annual IT operating and capital budgets, defining performance metrics and accountability.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing, geographically dispersed technology team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or Technology Management (preferred).
• Proven executive‑level experience leading large, complex IT organisations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align technology initiatives with corporate strategy.
