About the role
Join CI Pediatric Therapy Centers as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, providing evidence‑based care to children in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of licensed OT professionals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote client success.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and track progress.
Required profile
- Licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) in Wisconsin.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative attitude with a commitment to mentorship and continuous learning.
Required skills
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
- Ability to adapt caseload size and prioritize work‑life balance.
