Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist

About the role

CI Pediatric Therapy Centers is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join its interdisciplinary team in Madison. The therapist will provide assessment, consultation and intervention for children experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges and other common concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents.
• Provide evidence‑based therapeutic interventions, including individual, family and group therapy.
• Collaborate with occupational, physical and speech therapists to create integrated care plans.
• Document progress notes and participate in case consultations.

Required profile

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist.
• Passionate about working with children and families and committed to clinical excellence.
• Self‑motivated, flexible and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and diagnostic skills for pediatric mental health.
• Therapeutic intervention techniques for anxiety, depression, behavioral and social issues.
