About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Contingent Worker Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the interdisciplinary team at the Kids First clinic. This position focuses on delivering evidence‑based therapy to children from birth to five years old with fine motor delays or disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑practice occupational therapy techniques to the birth‑to‑5 population.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment in the clinic.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or have an approved exemption.
