OB/GYN Physician – Full-time Position

About the role

As an OB/GYN Physician with Dignity Health Medical Group – Sequoia, you will join a collaborative practice dedicated to clinical excellence, reproductive justice and health equity. You will work in both outpatient clinics and the modern birthing center at Sequoia Hospital, providing comprehensive women’s health care in the Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate obstetric and gynecologic care in outpatient and hospital settings.
• Perform routine examinations, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
• Participate in deliveries, surgeries, and on‑call hospital coverage.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and multidisciplinary team members to improve patient outcomes.
• Engage in quality‑improvement initiatives and uphold patient‑safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Board‑certified (or board‑eligible) MD or DO in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Active or eligible California medical license.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient‑centered care.
• Desire to practice with autonomy, collaboration and flexibility in a community‑focused environment.

• Guaranteed salary $385,000 – $400,000 per year plus productivity incentives.
