OB/GYN Physician – Full-Time

About the role

Advantia Health’s OB‑Gyn Associates are seeking a full‑time OB/GYN physician to join a multilingual, patient‑centered team delivering comprehensive women’s health care from adolescence through post‑menopause.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care with emphasis on preventive wellness, screenings, and treatment of women’s health conditions.
• Maintain a clinical schedule of eight patient sessions per week and participate in a 1:8 call rotation.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary care group, share best practices, and leverage advanced technologies to improve clinical quality and patient experience.
• Document accurately and timely in the EMR to ensure continuity of care and compliance.

Required profile

• Board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Exceptional diagnostic and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑centered approach.
• Active Maryland medical license preferred; open to newly trained or experienced physicians.
