Nursing Clinical/Lab Instructor

About the role

The Nursing Clinical/Lab Instructor will deliver theory and hands‑on instruction for nursing students in both day, evening and online programs. The role supports PN and ADN tracks, ensuring students gain practical skills in a simulated clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide classroom and lab/clinical instruction aligned with state academic standards.
• Evaluate student progress, grade coursework promptly, and maintain safety standards.
• Develop and update curriculum, syllabi, lesson plans, and learning outcomes.
• Prepare documentation for program accreditation and submit required reports.
• Manage lab supplies, equipment budgets, and assist with recruitment and job placement activities.
• Participate in committees, professional development, and other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Qualified to teach PN or ADN nursing programs.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations in day, evening, and online formats.
• Commitment to maintaining program accreditation standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with current laboratory and clinical technology.
