Nurse Practitioner / Physician Associate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Austin medSPAs on a part‑time basis. The role offers flexible scheduling with mandatory Saturdays and the potential to transition to full‑time. You will guide guests through their aesthetic journey, delivering natural, results‑driven outcomes in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective medical aesthetic treatments in line with clinical and brand standards.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation while adhering to compliance and safety protocols.
• Educate patients on services, products, and long‑term treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the team and support mentorship and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in a medical aesthetics setting.
• Confidence performing a range of on‑label and off‑label aesthetic procedures.
• Proven ability to manage patient expectations, concerns, and complications professionally.
• Passion for delivering natural, results‑driven outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and a self‑starter mindset.
