About the role
Northside Hospital, an award‑winning and state‑of‑the‑art facility that is continually growing, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join its expanding team in Atlanta. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, performing comprehensive assessments, and supporting the hospital’s mission to broaden the quality and reach of care for patients and the community.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough history taking and physical examinations for assigned patients.
- Implement appropriate interventions and procedures as outlined in each patient’s plan of care.
- Coordinate and manage patient care in accordance with Northside Hospital’s established Standards of Care.
- Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record.
- Support the hospital’s award‑winning, state‑of‑the‑art environment by delivering evidence‑based care.
Required profile
- Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (implied by role).
