About the role
Chamberlain University is seeking a Nurse Faculty member to join its College of Nursing. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate nursing courses in classroom, online, lab, and simulation environments, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Teach assigned nursing courses across multiple delivery formats, creating engaging, evidence‑based learning experiences.
- Develop and update curriculum, course materials, and assessment tools.
- Provide individualized support, evaluate student performance, and offer remediation as needed.
- Lead or co‑lead clinical, lab, and simulation sessions to ensure students are practice‑ready.
- Participate in departmental committees, program evaluation, and graduation activities.
- Mentor students and new faculty members.
- Engage in scholarly activities related to nursing education and practice.
- Maintain professional development to stay current with policies and best practices.
