Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, following all company policies.
• Assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility support.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support a safe and respectful environment for all residents.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a nursing facility is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
