North America Trade & Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Bvlgari Perfumes is looking for a collaborative, commercially‑minded Trade & Product Marketing Manager to drive growth of its fragrance portfolio across North America. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Americas, you will act as the primary marketing liaison for key luxury retail partners and help shape omnichannel experiences that elevate the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day marketing contact for major retailers such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Saks, Macy’s, Dillard’s and other strategic accounts.
• Develop and deliver retailer market presentations, business reviews and project briefs to align on priorities and identify growth opportunities.
• Support retailer‑specific marketing strategies, including product launches, seasonal initiatives and co‑op marketing programs across in‑store, digital, experiential and promotional channels.
• Partner with field sales teams to plan and execute in‑store events, masterclasses, client experiences and activations.
• Identify and test innovative retail initiatives that boost visibility, conversion and client engagement both in‑store and online.
• Manage marketing and event budgets, calendars, timelines and post‑event recaps to ensure accurate execution and fiscal stewardship.
• Assist with North American launch execution, competitive analysis, launch recaps and business forecasting for the fragrance portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with proven experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced luxury environments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and detail‑oriented skills.
• Passion for luxury retail, fragrance and delivering elevated consumer experiences.
