About the role

Join the MKTG Non‑Premise team in Louisville, KY to represent high‑profile brands at special and elevated events. This part‑time, occasional position offers flexible scheduling and a dynamic, consumer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and educate consumers at the point of experience, purchase and consumption, delivering safe and unique brand experiences.
• Lead sampling journeys, distribute premiums, and ensure compliance with responsible serving guidelines.
• Complete digital training, adapt to tech platforms, and submit post‑event recaps and photos.
• Maintain appropriate attire, handle company‑issued debit card for bar spend, and care for promotional materials.

Required profile

• Outgoing, personable and courteous with strong consumer‑engagement skills.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work events until completion.
• Must be 21 years or older, fluent in English, and comfortable handling alcohol‑related responsibilities.

Required skills

• Ability to complete digital brand training and pass knowledge exams.
• Capability to deliver a 2‑3 minute presentation showcasing product knowledge.
