Employee Communications Specialist, WorkJam & Digital Channels

About the role

Avis Budget Group is looking for an Employee Communications Specialist focused on WorkJam and digital channels. The role manages WorkJam as a key internal communications tool, supporting content publishing, audience targeting, campaign support and performance tracking, and works with HR and the wider business to deliver timely, effective employee communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of WorkJam as the team's go-to resource for content publishing, audience targeting, campaign support and performance tracking.
• Develop, publish and manage mobile-first content and campaigns in WorkJam aligned to business priorities and employee engagement goals.
• Configure and maintain WorkJam channels, audiences, tasks and communication workflows.
• Support initiatives that increase employee adoption, engagement and effective use of WorkJam.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver targeted, timely communications through WorkJam.
• Monitor and analyze WorkJam metrics, engagement trends and user behavior to improve content effectiveness.
• Advise internal partners on WorkJam best practices, targeting and engagement approaches.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or digital content management.
• Experience with WorkJam or similar employee communication platforms preferred.
• Experience working with digital communication platforms such as intranets or employee apps.
• Strong writing and editing skills, able to turn complex information into simple, mobile-friendly messages.
• Interest in using data and insights to improve communication effectiveness.
• Organized, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Annual starting salary of $60,000-$70,000 depending on market, skills, education and experience.
