About the role

This remote insurance sales position is designed for candidates with no prior insurance experience. You will receive a structured training program that takes you from fundamentals to handling live client calls.

Key responsibilities

Contact warm inbound or outbound leads via phone and Zoom to discuss life insurance options.
Match clients with appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners.
Participate in supervised live calls with a mentor before managing an independent workload.
Handle client objections and questions throughout the sales process.

Required profile

U.S.-based residency and ability to pass a background check.
Possess or be willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (support provided).

What we offer

100% commission structure with no earnings cap.
Average earnings per sale $800–$1,200; full‑time first‑year potential $80,000–$300,000+.
Performance‑based incentives and daily/weekly pay cadence.
