About the role

This remote position is designed for candidates with no prior insurance experience. You will receive structured training, work with warm leads, and earn commission based on sales of life insurance products.

Key responsibilities

Complete a step‑by‑step training program covering insurance fundamentals, client conversations, and objection handling.
Conduct supervised live calls with a mentor before handling your own independent workload.
Match inbound or outbound warm leads to appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners via phone and Zoom.

Required profile

U.S. residency and ability to pass a background check.
Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (support provided).
Commitment to consistent effort and learning.

What we offer

100% commission structure with no earnings cap.
Average per sale commission of $800–$1,200.
Potential first‑year earnings: $50,000+ part‑time, $80,000–$300,000+ full‑time.
Daily/weekly pay cadence and performance‑based incentives.
