About the role

This remote, entry‑level insurance sales position requires no cold calling. You will engage with clients who have already expressed interest in life insurance, conducting conversations via phone or Zoom.

Key responsibilities

Conduct client conversations initiated by inbound inquiries (forms, calls, or information requests).
Utilize training, mentorship, and access to over 60 carrier partnerships to match clients with appropriate products.

Required profile

U.S. residency.
Pass a background check.
Licensed for Life & Health insurance or willing to obtain the license.

What we offer

Commission‑only, uncapped earnings: $800‑$1,200 average per sale, with potential $50,000+ part‑time or $80,000‑$300,000+ full‑time in the first year.
Daily/weekly pay and performance‑based incentives.
