Night Warehouse Lead Associate

About the role

The Night Warehouse Lead Associate is responsible for overseeing all loading‑dock activities during the night shift at our Tampa facility. Reporting to Warehouse Management, the role ensures safe, accurate and efficient handling of product, from receiving to shipping.

Key responsibilities

• Manage loading dock operations, including conveyor control, truck loading and related documentation.
• Verify quantities received and shipped against paperwork, ensuring product codes and dates are correct and oldest inventory is used first.
• Conduct safety, inventory and documentation audits.
• Train and coach associates on proper documentation and equipment use.
• Perform loading, unloading, staging, shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
• Operate non‑CDL trucks and forklifts to move product.
• Assist Warehouse Management with new‑hire training and rollout of new procedures.
• Support associate engagement and troubleshoot warehouse issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Physical ability to lift 45‑65 lb regularly and occasional lifts up to 160 lb.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Non‑CDL truck operation.
• Valid driver’s license.

What we offer

• Full‑time night shift schedule: Monday‑Thursday, 2:45 pm – 4:45 pm start until completion.
• Hourly rate of $23.
