Operations Training Manager – Distribution

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Operations Training Manager to lead the development of its distribution workforce. In this hands‑on position you will review and update standard operating procedures for a 1 million‑square‑foot facility, then train and coach associates and supervisors to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for all Operations associates and supervisors.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and one‑on‑one performance reviews.
• Design and implement new training methods tailored to specific market or operational areas.
• Partner with the Operations department to set, track, and achieve operational metrics.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain responsibility for handling beverage‑alcohol products and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations training, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Proficient PC skills with strong command of Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, diplomatic and customer‑service oriented.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytic, reporting, judgment and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
