Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

This full‑time night‑shift position leads a team that loads cases of wine and spirits onto delivery trucks, manages inventory, and ensures safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the loading process, picking orders from case lines and the bottle room, and replenish cases to meet truck dispatch schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, report damage, shortages, and equipment issues, and enforce OSHA and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise associates, handling hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplinary actions while monitoring security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a related logistics or warehouse environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and analytical reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently or within a fast‑paced, high‑volume team.

Required skills

• Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Experience with logistics systems and inventory management.
