Night Shift Maintenance Technician – Facilities

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to work the night shift (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM) ensuring our facilities run smoothly. You will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of building and plant equipment, including HVAC, boiler, and air‑compressor systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment repairs, changes, and modifications with engineering supervision.
• Perform installation, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler, and air‑compressor systems.
• Read and interpret facilities drawings, electrical and plumbing schematics to troubleshoot issues.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain shafts, bearings, gears, and other mechanical components.
• Install and repair electrical components such as transformers, relays, switches, switchgear, wiring, and printed circuit boards.
• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain water, steam, and pneumatic plumbing systems.

Required profile

• Associate degree in a technical field with at least 2 years of facilities/plant maintenance experience, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in Boiler and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, lift 50 lb or more, and occasional climbing or balancing.
• Strong knowledge of utility, boiler, HVAC, and air‑compressor codes and standards.
