About the role
BAYADA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑to‑one night home care for clients in the Raleigh area. You will work independently in clients' homes, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care while following doctors' orders.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to assigned client homes and perform nightly assessments.
- Execute and document physicians' orders, monitor client conditions, and record observations.
- Provide skilled nursing interventions and ensure accurate documentation of care.
Required profile
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current LPN license in good standing in North Carolina.
- Preferably at least one year of nursing experience (LPN or RN).
Required skills
- Patient assessment and monitoring.
- Clinical documentation and record‑keeping.
