Certified Nursing Assistant – In-Home Care – $18/hr

About the role

Join BAYADA's Assistive Care team as a Certified Nursing Assistant providing in‑home care to adults in Chapel Hill and surrounding areas. You will support clients with daily living activities while receiving training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with household tasks including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and support nutrition.
• Conduct range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
• Give medication reminders and perform vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience.
• Completed a recognized CNA training program and hold current certification.
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
