NICE Engineer – Data Integration & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a skilled NICE Engineer to design, build, and maintain data integration and automation solutions across our contact‑center ecosystem. You will work with Genesys Cloud, NICE recording and analytics platforms, and a suite of automation tools to deliver reliable, scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL databases and both structured and unstructured sources.
• Develop automated workflows and data pipelines using Python, Java, and PowerShell.
• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful and SOAP API connections for data ingestion and operational processes.
• Perform data cleansing, merging, and manipulation across multiple datasets for reporting and analytics.
• Create dashboards and visualizations with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with architecture, analytics, and business teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, code repositories, and operational runbooks.
• Lead solution design reviews, ensuring security, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Genesys Cloud, NICE Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation, and Symon/Korkyt Wallboard technologies.
• Ability to work across business and technology teams to translate requirements into robust implementations.
• Experience evaluating impact of design decisions and contributing to impact assessments.
