About the role

This on‑site event is for newly graduated Registered Nurses who want to start their career at Cleveland Clinic. You will meet nurse leaders and recruiters, learn about residency programs, and interview for multiple RN positions across several hospitals.

Key responsibilities

Participate in a residency core curriculum tailored to individual learning needs.
Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach, prioritising patient acuity, preferences and resource availability.
Respond to clinical data indicating patient risk and take corrective action.
Seek supervision or assistance when needed to ensure safe, independent practice.
Document care accurately in patients’ medical records.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
