About the role

Netsync Network Solutions is looking for a motivated Network Technician to join its Houston NOC team. This onsite role supports customers’ network infrastructure and ensures high‑availability services.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers, partners, vendors and internal teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve on‑site hardware failures for network support contracts.
  • Perform network appliance installations and assist with end‑user compute repairs.
  • Manage and update support cases across Netsync, customer and OEM systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide 24x7 support coverage.
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation and weekly team meetings.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of IT experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • CCNA or an equivalent certification (Network+, JNCIA, ACSA).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Required skills

  • Solid understanding of routing, networking and TCP‑IP protocols.
  • Experience with network appliance installation and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
