About the role

Join Intellect to expand its mental health service provider network across the United States. You will recruit, onboard and match qualified mental health professionals with client needs while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to deliver ad‑hoc psychological support.
Assess client needs and match them with appropriate providers using the proprietary database.
Maintain accurate applicant information in the ATS and provider database.
Respond promptly to provider inquiries and distribute guidelines and application materials.
Review provider applications and supporting documentation for completeness.

Required profile

1–2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience recruiting non‑local candidates and managing candidate databases.
Background in a fast‑growing startup environment.
Immediate availability.

Required skills

Database management.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
