Network Infrastructure Architect

About the role

Stimulus Technologies is looking for a senior Network Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, standardisation and expansion of its multi‑state ISP network. Based in the Las Vegas area, the role combines technical leadership with supervision of network administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a scalable, resilient architecture for ISP networks across multiple states.
• Design network layouts for new fiber deployments, expansions and acquisitions.
• Establish engineering standards for core, distribution, access, transport and customer‑edge networks.
• Lead major infrastructure projects from concept through implementation and hand‑off.
• Supervise, mentor and set priorities for Network Administrators.
• Improve reliability, redundancy, capacity and operational efficiency.
• Provide senior escalation support for complex outages and performance issues.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP address plans, documentation and change records.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of progressive networking experience.
• Senior‑level engineering or architecture experience in an ISP, telecom carrier or comparable service‑provider environment.
• Proven ability to translate growth plans into scalable, financially sound network designs.
• Experience supervising technical staff and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
