Neonatologist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our collaborative NICU team. You will provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to newborns and support their families across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend deliveries and manage day‑to‑day NICU and newborn nursery patients.
• Perform ventilator management, review labs, and conduct family consultations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborative care planning.
• Utilize advanced treatments such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Engage in clinical research and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with a love for working with babies and families.
• Commitment to high‑quality, evidence‑based care in a team environment.
