Neonatologist – Full‑time Permanent Position

About the role

Join a collaborative network of physicians dedicated to delivering evidence‑based neonatal care. As a Neonatologist you will provide compassionate, high‑quality treatment to newborns and support their families across multiple NICU locations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend deliveries and manage day‑to‑day NICU and newborn nursery patients.
• Perform ventilator management, review labs, and conduct family consults.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and coordinate care with obstetricians, pediatricians, and nursing staff.
• Utilize advanced therapies such as high‑frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), high‑frequency jet ventilation (HFJV), inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Engage in clinical research and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
• Strong clinical and communication skills with a commitment to evidence‑based practice.
• Willingness to work in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
