National Account Manager – Mass & Club Retail

About the role

The National Account Manager (Mass/Club) will lead Cirkul’s growth across major mass‑market and club retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club and Costco. You will be the primary liaison for these accounts, driving revenue, distribution and velocity while shaping joint business plans and retail strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue, distribution and velocity targets for assigned mass and club accounts and consistently meet them.
• Lead line reviews, buyer meetings and modular resets to secure new item placements, expanded shelf space and high‑impact features.
• Develop and execute promotional and pricing strategies tailored to high‑volume retail environments.
• Analyze POS, syndicated and retailer‑specific data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize trade spend and promotional calendars to maximize ROI.
• Manage end‑to‑end account execution, coordinating with supply chain, demand planning and operations to support large‑scale orders.
• Identify and resolve risks related to inventory, supply chain and in‑store execution.
• Use data, margin implications and customer strategy to inform decisions on pricing, pack sizes, assortment and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, merchants and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing national accounts within mass‑market or club retail channels.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret POS and syndicated data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior retail buyers.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic retail plans and promotional programs.
• Comfort navigating complex planning cycles and large order commitments.
