Branch Manager / VP of Sales – Industrial Hose Products

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Vice President of Sales to lead our Tampa branch sales organization. This role oversees both inside and outside sales performance, staffing, and strategy to meet aggressive sales and profitability targets, while serving as a key member of the executive leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership by collaborating with senior executives, aligning Tampa sales initiatives with corporate goals, and communicating market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Develop and manage short‑term and long‑term sales budgets, forecasts, and plans, driving execution to exceed revenue and profit objectives.
• Lead, coach and mentor the sales team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement, and regularly travel with outside sales staff to support key accounts.
• Identify new market opportunities, maintain Tier A and Tier B customer relationships, and partner with vendors for training, promotions and co‑branded initiatives.
• Work cross‑functionally with operations and finance on inventory planning, pricing, and resource allocation, and contribute to digital sales channel development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably in hose, construction or industrial supply sectors.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing B2B industrial sales teams.
• Proven track record of building and executing successful sales strategies and growing revenue.
