Named Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Roboflow is looking for a technically strong Support Engineer to become the dedicated technical liaison for a single strategic enterprise customer. You will own the end‑to‑end computer vision deployment, build trusted relationships, and help the customer mature their CV operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the regional technical continuity for the customer’s computer vision deployment.
• Build deep contextual understanding of the customer’s infrastructure, data sources, workflows and constraints.
• Lead enablement sessions and maintain a shared knowledge base (runbooks, FAQs, architecture notes).
• Diagnose complex issues across edge devices, networking, cloud pipelines and inference performance.
• Partner with Product, Field Engineering and Account Executives to relay insights and identify adoption opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals (VPN, SSH, firewalls).
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot the full CV/ML pipeline from data to edge inference.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
