Nail Technician

About the role

Midtown is looking for a Nail Technician to join its spa team in Weston. As part of the spa team, Nail Technicians are courteous professionals who promote the well-being and satisfaction of members and guests, and whose attitude positively contributes to the success of the club.

Key responsibilities

• Address guest needs in a professional, positive and timely manner.
• Set up the workstation, treatment room, lighting and sound, and check in with the guest's comfort level throughout the service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa areas during the shift, dispose of trash and dirty lines, and secure supplies at the end of the shift.
• Partner with and assist other associates to promote spa services and help achieve department goals.
• Perform treatments for guests and keep the treatment room clean and sanitary for guest comfort and safety.
• Promote spa and salon services and sell retail products.
• Provide nail care services such as natural nail manicures, pedicures and other nail services.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience and a current state license for the role.
• Adherence to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
